Ivan Miliovski

Ivan Miliovski: CEO and Director

Ivan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge about the growth and production of medical grade marijuana. He was the Chief Operation Officer at Canadian Cannabis Research and Technologies and the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder at Vancouver Independent Producers (now Vodis Pharmaceuticals). He has introduced improved methods and processes that are now standards within the industry. 

He learned winning strategy as a college football player at the Simon Fraser University in British Columbia where he earned All Star Football status as the most valuable offensive lineman and majored in Environmental Studies. 

He spent over 10 years refining his horticultural skills growing and scaling greenhouse and warehouse operations. He was part of the start-up team at Advanced Nutrients, one of the worldwide leaders in the production of hydroponic nutrients. 

Mark Lotz

Mark Lotz: CFO

Mark is a Chartered Professional Accountant practicing publicly through his firm Lotz CPA Inc. Having qualified in 1994 he brings a wealth of experience in business, tax and consulting. Formerly a CEO and CFO in the brokerage industry, he also has senior management experience in the mining, manufacturing and digital media sectors. He provides strategic tax and business planning and is a sought after expert for complex contractual issues and financial quantification. He regularly consults with legal firms acting as an expert witness on matters of securities regulation and litigation. He sits on the board of and is chair of the audit committees for a number of public companies. In addition he serves as the CFO of TrackX Holdings Inc., the Canadian parent of a U.S. based assets tracking solutions provider.

Derek Good

Derek Good: Director

Mr. Good co-founded and was an owner/operator of a multi-faceted private label food production company with a 3,000 sqft. commercial kitchen.  He has more than a decade of extensive experience in food production, food safety and development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for production facilities that are very similar to the marijuana business.  Mr. Good took the Company from concept to sales exceeding $1,500,000 before successfully exiting by selling the business to multiple companies as well as divesting the real estate.

Plamen Ovagemov: Director

The Company appointed Plamen Ovagemov to replace Clive Boulton as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ovagemov has Bachelor in Economics and Marketing and has extensive experience as an operations executive serving as CEO and Executive Director of multiple national and international European companies. Most notably Mr. Ovagemov served eight years as CEO and Chairmen of the Board to Ponsstroy Engineering EAD, an international full service commercial development company. During his eight years as CEO with Ponsstroy Engineering EAD, Mr. Ovagemov grew the company’s revenue significantly with revenues exceeding $45,000,000 annually. Additionally he has considerable experience, working with local government and agencies on European Union funded projects and has received multiple European awards of excellence in business.

 Dr. Earl Oliver

Earl Oliver, Ph.D.: VP of Engineering

Technology plays an increasingly large role in the efficient, large-scale production and distribution of cannabis - services that Vodis provides to its licensed tenants. Dr. Oliver brings over a decade of experience in developing software systems for a diverse range of clients and vertical markets. He drives the company’s technology-based operations and technology development strategy. Dr. Oliver holds both an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics (Computer Science) and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. His Ph.D. research focused on building large-scale, decentralized mobile systems to circumvent Internet censorship.

Soy Garipoglu

Soy Garipoglu: Investor Relations

Soy has extensive experience in trading, sales and management. He is a strategic planner whose strengths include product knowledge, in-depth analytics and hands-on problem solving. He thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments and adopts a ‘client first’ mindset in all his work. Soy began his career in financial services 16 years ago and has worked at one of Canada's largest banks and brokerage firms holdings various positions in retail banking & brokerage as well as on the trade desk and operations. Soy studied at Ryerson University with a focus on business management, he is licensed Investment Advisor and has completed many courses through the Canadian Securities Institute.
